Igor Stanislavovitch Branovitsky

President of the Mirozdaniå Group of Companies

Chairman of the Directors' Council of the management company, Concordia — Asset Management.

Igor Branovitsky was born on April 8, 1961 in Panevejis (Lithuania). He graduated from the Moscow Institute of Engineering and Physics, where he also did a post-grad degree. In 2002, he was awarded an MBA from the Institute of Business and Commercial Administration at the Academy of National Economy, which is sponsored by the Government of the Russian Federation, and defended a master’s dissertation, entitled “Organizing Strategic Management in a Development Company”.
Igor Branovitsky was right there at the beginning, when the property market took off. As early as 1989, he was a member of the Directors’ Council of Red Wave, a multi-profile company engaged among other things in property investment and realty.
Since 1992, Igor Branovitsky has been chairman of the Directors’ Council of KV Engineering.

Irina Vladimirovna Bogutskaya

Executive Director

Irina Bogutskaya was born in Moscow. In 1994, she graduated from the Moscow State Academy of Light Industry as an engineer – systems technician.
While continuing her studies at the institute, she got a job working as a teacher of mathematics. After receiving her diploma, she came to work for the multi-profile company, Red Wave, in a subdivision of the company handling property. The subdivision separated from the main company to form an independent company, Red Wave Invest, and Irina was made personal assistant to the director. When the company was renamed KV Engineering, Irina became executive director. In the thirteen years that she has been at the company, Irina has gone through all the stages of its emergence and development right up to its transformation into the Mirozdaniå Group of Companies. Irina Bogutskaya runs the administrative department and she is also in charge of a number of company projects.

Marina Romanovna Galaktionova

General Director of M-MANAGEMENT

Marina Galaktionova was born in Moscow. In 1986, she graduated from the All-Union Finance and Economic Institute as an external student specializing in economics. In 2001, she received a diploma as a professional accountant. In 2003, she graduated from the Institute of Real Estate Management in the United States, specializing in property management. Her working career was begun in accountancy and finance management. In 1986, she was appointed chief accountant at the Moskva Hotel, and from 1999 to 2004 she was deputy general director of the Hotel Moskva. In her fifteen-year career, Marina Galaktionovna’s name was put forward both by the directors of the hotel and the Government of Moscow for a number of different nominations relating to results achieved and professionalism at work.

As head of M-MANAGEMENT since 2002, she has been engaged in creating and developing a new area concerned the provision of housing and consumer services.
