Since 1992, the company has carried out a number of commercially successful projects both within the boundaries of Moscow and in the Moscow Region. In their first project – the building of a seventeen-story apartment block in the Nikulino District of Moscow – Estate 2, 23, Nikulinskaya street in 1992 - the company acted as an investor. Subsequently it moved on to running its own projects, which were concentrated in the elite property segment of the market. At present, the company operates according to a development strategy, which requires efforts to be concentrated on the building of class A+ offices and deluxe class residential accommodation. A supplementary strategy pursued by the Mirozdaniå Group of Companies involves investment projects lasting for a period of up to two years.
The company has always adopted a comprehensive approach to the development of projects. The complete cycle includes developing the concept of the project, managing the financial risks and the building process, determining sales policy, and arranging for subsequent exploitation.
