Assets for investments

Investment policy of the Group is participating in the development in early stages of each project and quitting at the point of maximum profitability of its own capital. In its work the Group is consistent in forming the diversified investment portfolio – i.e. selling 5-10 projects, within the terms from 6 months to 5-7 years together with having 3-4 projects under development.

Investment sources

Mirozdanie Group of companies makes its own, loan and under development investments  into  De Luxe apartment houses, complex  developing of land, withdrawal of the industrial enterprises, land lots, wholesale lots of flats in the newly built houses and other realty with a  cost growth potential.

The Group does not participate in the deals of dissocial absorption and does not acquire disputed assets.
