The estate comprising 20 European-class cottages is located 30km from Moscow on the Novorizhskoye Highway in an ecologically clean area. The architectural concept and project design was the work of the British company, Medina Gimson.
The unquestionable plus point for the estate is its picturesque landscape. Natural, ecologically clean materials of European manufacture like Weinerberger ceramic brick, which has a high heat-saving coefficient, and natural clay tiles were used in the construction of these houses.
