A club house (of 7 to 11 floors) of 25 flats in a quiet part of the centre, near the famous Nest of Gentlefolk. Class – business-premium. The project envisaged the building of an underground parking lot with spaces for 35 vehicles and a large winter garden.
The Mirozdaniе Group of Companies completed this project in winter, 2006.
