The Mirozdaniе Group of Companies has begun a unique project – building the first residential business-premium class district in an area of natural parkland within the city boundaries. The projected residential complex is located on the borders of the Bitsevskiy Forest natural parkland. This puts it in the Southern Administrative District of Moscow, within the borders of Yuzhnoye Chertanovo. Apart from the ecological attractions of the district, it has an excellent transport system.

The building area is shaped like an irregular rectangle, stretching 1200 m from north to south. Its width is about 300 m. To the west, the building site is adjoined by the main Bitsevskiy Forest natural parkland; to the east there are two isolated areas of the park. In the centre of this area, there is a unique natural oasis – an oak grove of aged trees.

All the buildings and structures that are currently standing on this area of ground will have to be pulled down. In their place, slab-constructed apartment blocks and town-houses will be built according to individual projects.

Under the plans for the project, the area will be divided up into four residential quarters, each with a self-sufficient social infrastructure. Green boulevards will run between the quarters. To the east and the north of this estate, two recreational green zones will be additionally sited. The park will be equipped with sports grounds and rest areas, and illuminated paths will be laid.

The total area of the newly built estate will be 44.6 hectares. At least two schools will be built here and three playschools. Total number of residents is expected to amount to more than 10,000 persons.

All the buildings will be built according to individual projects. The various quarters will differ according to the standard and type of the building. In the Lesnoi-1 Quarter, the heights of the apartment blocks will vary from 9 to 17 floors. In the central part of the quarter, there will be a public area where a number of two- to three-storey buildings will contain shops, leisure and sports centres, schools and playschools. The multi-storey car park will be housed in a separate building.

In the centre of the Lesnoi-2 and Lesnoi-3 Quarters, a number of two- and three-storey interconnected houses will be built, while from the forest side the quarters will be closed off by a row of nine-storey towers with underground parking lots. The Lesnoi-4 Quarter will have 17- and 22-storey apartment blocks and cultural and domestic facilities. These include a school and a playschool.
