An estate of 21 houses will be built at the eighth kilometre along the Rublyovo-Uspenskoye Highway in a spot surrounded by woodland and in close proximity to the village of Barvikha and the villages of Shulgino and Rozhdyestvenno. Spacious wooded areas (of one hectare or more) allow residents on the estate to feel secluded and close to nature. The houses will be surrounded by aged pines, firs and silver birch. The cottages will be built of ecologically clean materials. The internal infrastructure of the estate will include the building of tennis courts. It only takes a few minutes to get to the shops, restaurants, sports and entertainment complexes that lie along the Rublyovka Highway.
