COMMERCIAL PROVISION

For the purpose of keeping accounts, collecting rent from tenants and other commercial functions, a commercial section has been set up. It provides the following services:

1. Collecting monthly rent from the tenants;
2. Compiling an annual estimate for running the building;
3. Running an accounts department for the building;
4. Recording and inspecting expenses;
5. Providing an annual account on actual running costs;
6. Optimizing and reducing expenditure;
7. Presenting accounts to the tenants’ association;
8. Providing contracts with the city services;
9. Insurance.
