Running the buildings
COMMERCIAL PROVISION
For the purpose of keeping accounts, collecting rent from tenants and other commercial functions, a commercial section has been set up. It provides the following services:
- Collecting monthly rent from the tenants;
- Compiling an annual estimate for running the building;
- Running an accounts department for the building;
- Recording and inspecting expenses;
- Providing an annual account on actual running costs;
- Optimizing and reducing expenditure;
- Presenting accounts to the tenants’ association;
- Providing contracts with the city services;
- Insurance.
