INFRASTRUCTURAL PROVISION

  1. General cleaning up after construction and/or repairs have been completed;
  2. Weekly thorough cleaning of all premises and adjacent areas:
    • Internal cleaning includes: cleaning the floors, walls, doors, staircases, lifts, windows, mirrors, stained glass, lighting, toilets and bathrooms; inspection to ensure that the toilet dispensers have soap, toilet paper and paper towels; and the removal of rubbish from the floors.
    • External cleaning includes: cleaning the façade and washing the windows, wiping the façade facing, the signboards, the exterior security equipment and other elements of the façade; cleaning snow and ice from the roof in winter.
    • Servicing the adjacent areas includes: servicing the parking areas, removing the rubbish, cleaning the leaves, mowing the lawn, clearing away snow and slush, treating surfaces against ice, painting gates and railings, maintaining the landscape design.
  3. Providing security. For the purposes of providing security, M-MANAGEMENT uses the finest security enterprises in the city of Moscow.
